I have Nero but haven't used it in a while. I'm wondering if you might be
closing the disk.
Also, you might want to drop a tech support request at Nero. I've found them
attentive.

Subject: [Simply Computers] Nero
Dear All,
I have one Toshiba,Satellite series laptop with Windows Vista.Using Frontech
make 4.7GB DVD I wrote some data with Nero. The same data could be read when
opened-in this case it is PDF files.Later when I tried to write some more
data, when I open Nero, the prompt box does not reflect any data in the lower
window as memory usedCould any one tell me why this should happen? What
precautions should I take to avoid such happening>
Thanks in advance.
