[Simply Computers] Moving a partition

 

Good evening all,
I find that the drive C on my computer is nearly full although there is still loads of room on the disc which is partitioned for C and D. I am running windows XP and was wondering if there is any way of moving the partition to make C bigger without losing the data on C ( I can move the data from D to another disc without worry and so leave the rest of the disc with C on it totally free).
Any help will be most appreciated
